Africans have to work hard to meet up with 2020 vision on breakthrough on maternal,child and child health because small countries like singapore,malasia,and so on are meeting up with world health organisation (WHO) and united nations (UN) standard on maternal,child birth and child health.well it is important to through light on this topic or define MATERNAL,CHILD BIRTH AND CHILD HEALTH.It means putting to end to loss of women due to poor medical care, for pregnant women, and poor medicare for children under 5 years.It is was agreed by WHO and UN summit, that a health care standard be set by WHO and UN for all countries. But it disheartenning to note that some countries may not be able meet 2020 vision on MATERNAL,CHILD BIRTH AND CHILD HEALTH policy .That suppose to cease death in that categories.

With the above ways in place the 2020 vision will be achieve by everyone,houses,villages,communities,local governments,state governments,countries,continents,and the whole world. So all hands must be desk to actualise vision 2020 on health care.
